Tip#1: Don't buy something just because you have a coupon. Build a shopping list as a strategy to stay on budget
Tip#2: Use a coupon on a new product when you see it on sale. This could help you double your savings. Many shoppers don't realize that you can stack a manufacturers coupon with a store coupon.
Tip#3: Trade coupons with your friends and family members. You can even get your kids involved by teaching them at an early age to save, save, save.
Tip#4: Always compare prices. Another brand may be cheaper than the item with a coupon. Check each products unit price for the best deal.
Tip#5: Check your coupons for expiration dates, product sizes and the amounts you can buy. If they don't meet your needs, then save your money.
Tip#6: Some stores accept expired coupons; it never hurts to ask!
Tip#7: If a product is out of stock, never be afraid to if you can substitute for another product! Many stores will either accept your substitution offer or offer you a rain check. A rain check will offer you the sale price and allow you to purchase that product at the sale price when the they have more come in.
Tip#8: After checking out from the register, ALWAYS check your receipt and be sure that all your coupons were properly credited. I will even hand each coupon to the cashier one at a time to be sure each one is scanned it towards my purchase(s)

You can normally print 2 printable coupons per computer, unless they are PDF coupons, in which case you will want to stick to the same guideline of 2 per computer because if consumers redeem countless PDF coupons, manufacturers are more likely to reduce to cease this ability.
